You must not:

- Engage in bullying, discrimination or hate speech.
- Deliberately disrupt community discussions or activities.
- Encourage hostility towards individuals, groups or organisations.
Constructive criticism, technical debate and disagreement are welcome when conducted respectfully.
3. Illegal or Harmful Activities
You must not use Valtis to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Promote, distribute or facilitate illegal activity.
- Share stolen data or confidential information without authorisation.
- Circumvent security systems without permission.
- Coordinate malicious or disruptive actions against individuals, communities or services.
4. Malware and Security
Users may not upload, distribute, promote or intentionally share:
- Malware.
- Viruses.
- Ransomware.
- Backdoors.
- Credential stealers.
- Malicious scripts.
- Any software primarily designed to harm, exploit or compromise systems.
Security research, vulnerability disclosure and defensive tooling may be discussed when done responsibly and lawfully.
5. Intellectual Property
Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others.
You must not knowingly:
- Upload copyrighted content without permission.
- Misrepresent ownership of projects or resources.
- Distribute software or assets in violation of licences.
- Plagiarise code, documentation or creative works.
Project owners remain responsible for ensuring they have the rights necessary to publish content through Valtis.
6. Impersonation and Misrepresentation
You must not:
- Impersonate another person, organisation or project.
- Falsely claim affiliations, certifications or partnerships.
- Misrepresent your identity for deceptive purposes.
Parody, humour and roleplay are permitted when clearly identifiable as such.
7. Spam and Promotional Content
Reasonable project promotion is permitted where relevant.
Users must not:
- Send unsolicited mass messages.
- Flood channels or services with repetitive content.
- Use automated systems to generate spam.
- Advertise unrelated products or services excessively.
Valtis may limit promotional activity where necessary to maintain community quality.
8. Community Projects and Submissions
Projects, plugins, mods, resources and initiatives shared through Valtis should:
- Be accurately represented.
- Contain sufficient information for users to understand their purpose.
- Avoid intentionally deceptive functionality.
- Comply with applicable licences and platform requirements.
Valtis reserves the right to reject, remove or restrict submissions that do not align with community standards.
9. Safeguarding
Valtis is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all community members.
Users must not:
- Engage in grooming behaviour.
- Share exploitative, abusive or inappropriate content involving minors.
- Encourage unsafe interactions.
- Attempt to obtain personal information from minors without a legitimate reason.
Safeguarding concerns may be escalated immediately and reported to relevant authorities where required.
10. Privacy and Personal Information
Users should respect the privacy of others.
You must not:
- Publish personal information without consent.
- Doxx, stalk or harass individuals.
- Share private communications without permission where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy.
11. Enforcement
Valtis may take action where this policy is violated, including:
- Content removal.
- Warnings.
- Temporary restrictions.
- Suspension of access.
- Permanent removal from services.
- Reporting unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
Enforcement decisions are made at the discretion of the Valtis leadership team.
12. Reporting Concerns
Users are encouraged to report behaviour, content or activity that may violate this policy.
Reports may be submitted through official Valtis reporting channels, safeguarding contacts or moderation systems.
13. Changes to this Policy
